The Kōvly Cohort is a guided intensive where you build your own brand strategy — not from a template, but through the same psychology-backed framework we use with our private clients. You'll define your brand's essence, personality, positioning, audience, voice, and visual direction.

By week four, you'll have a completed brand strategy document you can hand to any designer, copywriter, or marketing partner and say: this is who we are.

THE FOUR WEEKS

week 1: foundation

Brand strategy architecture. Discovery. The prompting questions that surface what your brand actually stands for. You'll complete your brand personality assessment and begin the strategic groundwork between sessions.

week 2: strategy

Audience. Positioning. Competitive differentiation. The internal work from week one becomes your external strategy — who you're for, why they should choose you, and what makes you distinct in your market.

week 3: identity

Psychology-backed visual direction. You'll identify your brand's season and translate it into fonts, colors, and a visual mood board that feels unmistakably yours. You'll leave with the resources and direction to bring your visual identity to life — or hand it to a designer who can.

week 4: present

You present your completed brand strategy to the group. Peer feedback. Expert feedback. Refinement. You leave with a finished strategy and the clarity to make every brand and marketing decision from here.

Brittany Woitas is the founder and managing principal of Kōvly Studio, a brand and marketing agency for wellness businesses that refuse to blend in.

With a decade of brand strategy experience, a graduate certificate from Harvard Business School, and a seat as adjunct professor of Integrated Marketing Communications in St. Catherine University's MBA program, she brings both the strategic depth and the practical instinct to guide you through building a brand that actually works.

frequently asked questions

  • Yes. All sessions are live via Google Meet.

  • Sessions will be recorded, but live attendance is expected for all four weeks. The value is in the room — the feedback, the conversation, the real-time guidance. If you know you'll miss more than one session, this isn't the right cohort for you.

  • No. The work is strategic, not technical. Week 3 gives you visual direction and resources — you don't need to be a designer to walk away with a clear identity direction.

  • You'll have a completed brand strategy you can implement independently, hand to a designer, or bring back to Kōvly for full execution if you're ready for the next step.
